Every project with Globuzz starts small and is written down before it is built. You know what will be done, what it will not do, the number we will measure, and that nothing goes live without your written sign-off.

How does working with Globuzz start?

  1. First conversation: you tell us the work that repeats and what you want more of.
  2. Free mini-audit: a one-page note on one workflow we can see from outside, if useful.
  3. AI Audit: for AI work, a paid study of your repeated work and a 90-day plan.
  4. Proposal: one page with the problem in your words, what we will build, what it will not do, and the number we will measure.
  5. Pilot: one workflow, built and tested, before anything bigger.
  6. Monthly report: what was done, what it cost and what came in.

How is an AI system built?

Every AI project runs in the same five stages.

  1. Audit: we map the workflow and agree the number we will measure.
  2. Design: we write down what the AI does, what it must never do, and when it hands over to a person.
  3. Build: we build in a test copy, never on your live system first.
  4. Test: we run real examples, log the errors and fix them.
  5. Go live: you approve the switch-on, we train your team and stay on for support.

What rules does Globuzz follow on every project?

  • Nothing goes live on your systems without your written sign-off.
