We run our own business on the AI we build for yours.

Globuzz uses AI agents for much of its own work: research, drafts, workflow maps, test builds, reports and content. Each agent has one job and a written rulebook, and a person reviews and approves what they produce before it reaches a client.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is an AI model given one role, the instructions for that role, and the tools it needs, such as search or a document. It does a defined piece of work and hands it on. It does not decide on its own what the business should do.

Who is on the Globuzz AI team?

Sixteen agents, in five teams. Each one reads the same company brief before it works.

Coordination

  • Chief of Staff: runs the daily plan and keeps one list of what needs a person’s decision.

Sales

  • Outbound Strategist: finds businesses with a visible problem we can help with, and drafts the first message.
  • Discovery Coach: prepares for each first call and turns it into clear notes.
  • Deal Strategist: says plainly whether a project is a good fit.
  • Proposal Strategist: writes the AI Audit report and the one-page proposal.

Delivery

  • Workflow Architect: maps your workflow end to end before anything is built.
  • AI Engineer: builds the assistant or automation, in a test copy.
  • QA Specialist: tests every build separately before go-live. The builder never grades its own work.

Client success

  • Customer Success Manager: looks after onboarding and regular check-ins.
  • Analytics Reporter: prepares the monthly report.
  • Account Strategist: plans the next step for each client.

Content and social media

  • Content Creator: writes website copy, articles and posts.
  • Social Media Manager: plans the week’s posts across platforms.
  • Instagram Curator: writes reel scripts and carousels.
  • LinkedIn Writer: writes LinkedIn posts.
  • Visual Designer: designs slides, posts and covers in one consistent look.

What do the agents never do?

  • State a price, offer a discount or agree payment terms. A person does that.
  • Send a message to a client or prospect without a person approving it.
  • Invent clients, results, reviews or case studies.
  • Put anything live on a client’s systems.

Why does this matter to you?

It means the methods Globuzz sells are tested on Globuzz first: the same handovers, approvals and off switches. It also keeps the repeated work fast, so more of a person’s time goes into thinking about your business.
