A voice assistant for bookings and follow-up calls, as a pilot.
The AI Voice Assistant answers incoming calls and makes follow-up calls for simple jobs such as bookings, confirmations and reminders. Globuzz offers it only as a paid pilot for now: we have not yet built it for a client, and we say so plainly.
What is AI Voice Assistant?
Voice is harder than text. Accents, background noise, Hinglish and people talking over each other all make calls less predictable than chats. That is why Globuzz runs voice as a pilot: one simple call type, a small number of real calls, a person listening to the recordings, and a clear decision at the end on whether it works well enough for your callers.
Who is AI Voice Assistant for?
- Businesses that miss calls in busy hours or after closing.
- Teams that spend hours on confirmation and reminder calls.
- Businesses whose customers prefer a call to a chat.
What can a pilot cover?
- Answering calls with the basic facts: timings, location, availability.
- Taking a booking or a callback request.
- Confirmation and reminder calls for existing bookings.
- Passing the call, or a summary, to a person.
What stays with your people?
The assistant takes the repeated part of the job. These stay with your team:
- Every call the assistant cannot handle cleanly.
- Prices, negotiation and complaints.
- The decision, at the end of the pilot, on whether to continue.
How is AI Voice Assistant set up?
A pilot is small on purpose.
- Pick one call type: for example, booking confirmations.
- Write the script and the limits: what it says, and when it hands over.
- Test with your team: internal calls first.
- Run a small live trial: a person reviews the recordings.
- Decide together: continue, change or stop.
What do we need from you?
- One call type to start with, and the facts it needs.
- A phone number set up for the pilot.
- Someone on your team to review call recordings during the trial.
Questions about AI Voice Assistant
Has Globuzz built voice assistants for clients?
Not yet. That is why the AI Voice Assistant is offered only as a paid pilot, with a clear decision at the end.
Will callers know they are speaking to an assistant?
If a caller asks, the assistant answers truthfully. Callers who want a person can always reach one.
Which languages can it handle?
That is one of the things a pilot tests with your real callers. We do not promise a language before testing it.
