Who is Globuzz?
Globuzz is a Pune company that does two things for businesses: it brings them customers through digital marketing, and it builds the AI that looks after those customers and the paperwork around them. It works with businesses across India.

Why did a marketing agency start building AI?
Running campaigns showed the same problem again and again: the marketing brought enquiries, and then the enquiries waited hours for a reply, or were never followed up. The answer was not more ads. It was a system that replies at once and takes the repeated work off the team. So Globuzz started building those systems, and kept the marketing.
What does Globuzz believe about AI?
- AI should take the repeated part of a job, not the judgement.
- Every system needs an off switch and a person to hand over to.
- Nothing goes live on a client’s systems without written sign-off.
- Results are agreed as a number and reported honestly, never guaranteed.
- A business should own its accounts, data, domain and files.
Does Globuzz use AI in its own work?
Yes. Globuzz runs much of its own work with AI agents, each with one job, and a person approves what they produce. Meet the AI team.
Is Globuzz connected to MAKINGAIDOIT?
Yes. MAKINGAIDOIT is the Globuzz creator brand on Instagram and YouTube, showing what AI tools can do. MAKINGAIDOIT teaches; Globuzz builds and delivers for businesses.
